What Is the Mission of PWCA ?
PWCA mission is to reach out to the community.to give positive change and inspire others to greatness.
PWCA is taking one step at a time reaching out to the community.
PWCA is a non profit Social Welfare Organization.
PWCA has been in existence for 18 years reaching out to men, women, boys and girls. PWCA team members are certified, licensed, and degreed in various areas to help those in need throughout the community. Through our innovative work we support people to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
Our accommodation services help people experiencing homelessness, as well as providing food, clothing, and other resources. We actively support individuals and their families to recover from addiction, and we reach out in to our communities to engage those at the very edges of society – whether as a result of rough sleeping, suffering from mental health problems or experiencing exploitation and violence.
Our women’s services provide tailored support to help men, women boys, and girls achieve more – through accredited training programs, confidence building for groups such as female offenders. Our family services teams work with parents and careers providing practical, positive solutions for adults and children who are experiencing family breakdown, separation or divorce.
Finally, we provide employment and training opportunities for our clients helping to raise self-esteem, increase confidence, and build experience and skills. And we work with others – partner organizations and volunteers – as we deliver our unique services around the city of Shreveport/ Bossier City. All with a view to changing lives together.

Giving back is our way of making a difference by sharing what God has blessed us with. To offer a new mindset to the community, that will propose friendship and create confidence.
What Is the Target for PWCA?
We will use our personal defeats and victorious unselfishly to help enrich the lives of all who cross our path by caring and affirming their unique worth, by giving what we have to give to others. PWCA choose to make a difference in the lives of others.
Our Purpose:
Is to give back to the community. Each year PWCA works towards feeding the homeless and those less fortunate.
This fight is made possible by the generous support of people like you over the years PWCA has provided over 10,000 meals to men,women, boys, and girls. Throughout the year we take meals to the street to feed the homeless and those in need. PWCA has touched hundreds of families thoughout the years in the Shreveport Bossier City areas.
